On the subject of Presidents and hair, I was wondering why we haven't elected any Presidents with any facial hair since (I think) William Howard Taft. He had a mustache, although I think the last bearded President might have been Garfield. Not sure offhand. One of the greatest Presidents in American history had a beard, and yet nowadays, facial hair seems to be taboo in politics. I have no idea why. Some Presidents of the past probably wouldn't have gotten elected by today's standards. I recall reading that Thomas Jefferson had a stutter. Could a stuttering politician win elections today?

I understand all presidential candidates are now required to undergo mandatory inspections before their names are placed on the ballot.

This is gonna sound really bad, but i think it depends on whether he (or she?) could have hair if he (or she?) wanted to. Some people just look really hot bald. A few names come to mind.
