Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac were the primary causes for the housing collapse that beget the 2008 crash, a crash that was aided and abetted primarily by Dems such as Barney Frank and Chris Dodd while W tried to head it off. I'm sure the big corporations and the filthy rich think so. Obama inherited what the Bush and Cheney show began. This whole fiasco does not make the US look very good, there are much more important things the President needs to be doing, the US is involved in 3 wars now (yes, I consider this Lybia thing another war), and the economy is still in the toilet, debt, etc etc. And here, the most powerful man in the world is having to deal with the Donald and his buddies.

You want to argue that someone who inherited his wealth from his father and still managed to go bankrupt numerous times is a business genius. Is that why he is reduced to hosting a reality show? Maybe we can get Steve-O to be his running mate and they can film "Jackass, The Presidential Run".
