If you're doing it twice a day or more you could be desensitizing it simply by so much masturbating. When you do masturbate, use some lubrication, and try hard not to put too much pressure on it. Slower, lighter and with more concentration on fantasies might help bring back some of the sensitivity. Think of it as a teasing kind of torture if you have to, it shouldn't be hard to fantasize that you're changing the way you masturbate under orders from a Dominant, or that you're tied up and she's masturbating you in a teasing way. Some ways to cut back: Stay very busy. Don't be in a place where you are apt to masturbate (unless you do it in the bathroom, in which case, well, try not to do it in the bathroom). When you get the urge while in bed, make it a firm policy never to give into it the first time you're tempted or the second time. And when you're tempted, try to do something else (during the day -- preferably something you like) or at night in bed, think about something else, preferably something you like. Like Soduko puzzles? Keep one by the bedside. Like to read a good book? Find a good one and keep it by the bedside. When you get the urge, read a chapter and try to go back to sleep without thinking of it. Don't get nervous about it -- if it keeps you up when you want to get to sleep, it might be better to give in after a while of trying some of these things. I think it's easier to make a resolution that you won't masturbate during certain days of the week, and if the urge comes during those days, I can usually say to myself that I can wait till one of the days I've permitted myself. Then you might be able to cut back, and at some point cut back all the way to the level you want. Once you start cutting back, you may find it becomes more sensitive. If you've got a Domme, think about pleasing her. Since I've been owned, I've been masturbating only with permission, and a lot less than before. It has enormously increased the quality of my orgasms. A lot of medications as well as exhaustion will also interfere with the feeling of ejaculations. Nothing I'm saying here should keep you from seeing a doctor if you think it would do good, and if these suggestions don't do any good, I'd certainly see a doctor. I'm sure it will turn out all right for you one way or the other, but good luck with it.
