So, yeah, I am shy. Sometimes excruciatingly so. I've been on the site for a just a little while. I figured maybe I should try breaking the ice a little and making myself step out of my comfort zone. I am really new to even the idea, so please keep that in mind. I do not know much about the lifestyle, just learning.

Well, welcome. You can learn a lot from the forums here. We tend to be a friendly bunch (except for the Politics and Religion forum).

Welcome to CM and the boards. This side is great for gathering information. Read older and newer threads, make the search feature in the top right hand corner your friend. Lurk or participate, there's some great people to meet and befriend. Dont worry about the shy part, I am too at times. But I've overcome that and made some great friends that I adore.
