All they have to do is vote on Glass Stegall-- and there will be another flash crash.
IMO-- I doubted any reform after this- due to computer trading. A computer can click trades faster then you or I- and it makes the house money. So of course the house wont get rid of it.
However- the flash crash was a moment- that people should have noticed- and if someone takes a loss- then they had their warning. The big boys are not going to coddle anyone. The game is rigged.
