sorta....I had the house inspection and appraisal today. The inspection report comes back tomorrow. If it comes back with minor problems at the most then yes, good things happened this week.

And if that is good then next week will be even better and the week after that even better yet.

Depends...I caught an overcharge on my card. I have the bank looking over it and hopefully I will get my money back.
