What a pathetic whack job. And that's being nice. He has no experience, no thoughts on bridging the gap between all the person's he'll represent. This guy is to Maine what a Trump/Palin ticket is to the GOP presidental nomination. How big is his warchest? Sen. Snowe is no push over but rather one tough woman.

I predict he'll lose big, but not before showing us Americans one more example of the caliber of people the Tea Party attracts.

If the stupid, crazy, and/or racist extremists left of the teabaggers, truthers, birthers and deathers manage to game the primary, It drives everyone rational in the republican party to vote for the moderate democrat instead.

Think if it as "The Paleocon's Revenge". David Frum and his gang chased all the "Fiscal Conservatives" out, and now all that's left is the moderates and the extremist wackos. I keep waiting for the RNC to disavow them, but in the absence, I can enjoy watching the RNC tear itself apart...

Maine is like Canada. A Conservative is someone a shade less pink than a liberal. It doesnt matter who runs, the ultimate winner will still be left of the average American.

There have got to be very few "Orange County CA" type rich people in Maine. Even the patriarchal families of 'old industry' like textiles and paper have probably lost all that wealth by now, clinging to their sinking ship as it went down in the Great Sea of China.
