I have but today been informed that My Beloved Miryam, is with the cancer in her stomach. The doctors tell me that surgery is no longer an option. thus we shall attempt chemical and radioactive treatments

My Beloved faces her fate with admirable bravery, but this is not right. My beloved has but 26  years.

If you hold any God or Goddess to be true. Then I beseech you. Pray, not for me, but for my Beloved. She is to me as the dawn is to the day.

Be at peace

I knew a woman with stomach cancer. I recommended her to use St. Johns wort oil. She died soon after; later I learned that St. Johns wort oil negates anticancer drugs, thus I did her a disservice.

Anyway, if she is dying anyway, then why not go for the extreme: get her as ill as possible, for example by means of malaria or a salmonella infection; she may not like it, but neither will the cancer like it. Bring her to the highest mountain you can find: when she gasps for air, so will the cancer.

Pump her full of these medications while you are at it: here.

As a health care professional and a spiritual woman I have seen miracles occur in people who were diagnosed as being terminal and were cured.
I wish you and your beloved the best.

Aneka,

Thank you for asking.

Both you and your beloved Miryam are in my prayers.

And you are correct, it doesn't seem right when someone is diagnosed with something terrible; and when we love that person with all of our being it is especially difficult to conceive of.

But she has you, and your love, and the prayers and well wishes of humble strangers...and you have each other during this shadowy time.
May the light shine soon again for both of you.

What angelica says.

Put your focus on making her remaining time in this world the best time of her life. That's what you are here for.

I am sending positive thoughts to your beloved...visualizing white light energy for her...and, of course, praying to a higher power for her.

Aneka,

AngelikaJ is correct of course, she has a habit of doing that.

I have been a primary caregiver and I advise you to remember
to take care of yourself as well as your beloved.  She needs you
and you must stay strong and well balanced for both of you now.

Also, you have cmail.

My Beloveds and I thank you all for your kindnesses. It is a comfort to us at this hard time. Tomorrow my Beloveds and I shall fly to Germany to acquire an alternate opinion. Perhaps they will be of a more optimistc view. One can but hope, yes?

My Beloved Miryam has great fear, as is to be understood at such a time, but her bravery inspires my Beloved Helena and I. Again we thank you for your kindnesses and your prayers. Surely with so many Gods and Goddesses appealed to there will be a favourable result. Always one must keep hope.

Be at peace

I do not.  All I have to offer is the possibility of alternatives.

The one which immediately comes to mind is Brandon Bays.  Diagnosed with a stomach tumour Bays undertook a form of NLP-based therapy and allegedly caused her stomach tumour to disappear within a very short time.  Since that time, she's re-invented herself as a New Age spiritual guru - something I suggest you ignore.  The practical usefulness is the possibility that there may be something in her method which aimed at healing past emotional hurts using a very specific therapy.

Thus, what I offer to you is the very real belief that mind and body are intimately linked in a way which is not fully understood and the suggestion that undertaking an active examination of that possibility may be fruitful in a number of ways.

While I'm not a believer in mumbo-jumbo, I do have a somewhat whimsical belief in the following passage from Shakespeare's Hamlet, wherein the title character states:

"There are more things in heaven and earth, Horatio,
Than are dreamt of in your philosophy."

In a very real sense, our current understanding of the universe and ourselves is always in flux.  While I would not suggest you avoid conventional therapies, I believe that supplementing them with those which acknowledge and utilise the mind-body connection to advantage is a course well worth undertaking.

Regardless of the path you undertake, I wish Miryam a speedy recovery.

Before anything else, I wish you both healing and will pray for you both.

Rule might be refering to something I heard about some cancer survivors. I heard something on NPR not long ago. People who had a big immune response to something other than cancer, seemed to fare better with their cancer.
