God I so would. Buuh... brain melting. Having a moment. Rebooting in five... four... three... Ahem. I totally dig the concept of corrupting a newbie. Perverting a vanilla. Scandalizing (in the most delightful way) someone who is just a bit of a prude. Blushing and those "why oh why did it have to be me?!" looks totally gets me going. Watching someone shift nervously... getting antsy and biting their lip. Unable to make eye contact for anything but mere seconds at a time. ... crap, need another reboot.

You know you might be a bit of a mental/psychological sadist when...

Zie isn't completely new, but zie is very modest and shy.  And a pain slut.  And attracted to dominant women and transfolk of all sorts.  And completely HAWT!!!

You might want to take a minute.

A minute and then some by the sounds of things.

No Satyrday fun for me.  I've spent the day alternately sweating and freezing.

I guess I'll have to console myself with the first win of Sunday.

We've been playing that song and dance here. i thought since my belly was acting as though i'd been drinking, that a little nip was only fair.
i was wrong...

i was going to take pictures of a certain knocked-up friend this week-end, but we had to postpone it for fear she'd catch the bug if she came over.
Sadness.

I'd *tacklegropemolesticate* everyone but I feel like poo.

You'll have to settle for a half-asleep wave from the couch.

That's certainly fair. And you're ace for even managing that gesture.
I'm a right surly bear when I'm under the weather, and I can't be arsed to do much of anything for any reason or anyone. If I have to get up, I wander around like an unfocused zombie. But the chances are good that I'll simply hide out in my hermit den of a bedroom and knock out for a few days, getting up only for the most essential of essentials.

As an aside, I wish both you and your home a speedy recovery!

Hibernation is my usual MO when I'm sick but once you have kids that goes out the window.  Mommy does not get a day off.  Or a vacation.  Especially not when Daddy is just as sick.  To be fair, we haven't been sick nearly as often since Spyder and I started working from home and we took the kidlet out of daycare.  Even the older kiddo doesn't bring home the amount of crud from school as the kidlet did from daycare.  We just got lucky this time.

I would not be a selfish child, for early was I taught–
To give a part of all I had, as generous children aught,
Not keeping everything myself, but sharing it with others,
So when I had the whooping cough, I gave it to my brothers.

Last winter we were kept at home, the doctor came each day.
He had a sign outside the door to warn our friends away;
No one might come to visit us, yet doing what I could,
I gave my scarlet fever to half the neighborhood.

And so it was with measles, and so with chickenpox–
I gave them to my little friends on three surrounding blocks.
And now that we are well again, it makes me laugh ha, ha–
To think that when I had the mumps, I gave them to my Pa!

- unknown

... only in my case... I gave my father chickenpox. In fairness, I'd gotten them from my sister. She started it! (as most younger siblings tend to do) I hope the most you ever have to deal with handling is the occasional sniffle. All the best to you and yours.

Ha!  That poem is awesome.  Thanks for the well-wishes.  I tend to recover from such things fairly rapidly, if I get sick at all.  That I've been sick for 3 days is a testament to how nasty this bug is.  I feel like I need to paint an X on my door to warn people of the plague.

That little nugget was bestowed upon me by my grandfather... no idea where he first heard it or learned it from. But it's always sort of tickled me. As for getting sick, I don't tend to come down with much of anything except for maybe once or twice a year. And it's as though I've spent all my points in one go. I'd feel like the walking dead if I could be bothered to get up and actually move. It usually lasts anywhere from three days to a full week. But once it's done and gone I'm back to business as usual, suffering only from occasional allergy flare-ups.

Odd that you should mention the plague. I was doing a bit of reading about it a day or so ago. Fascinating bit of history, in my opinion. But I'm a bit of a fan boy for history and medical science tie-ins. Or just history and medical science on their own, the more bizarre the better.

My GQ friend I mentioned earlier is an artist.  He did a gorgeous sketch of two dominants, M and F, each with a kneeling sub on a leash.  All are dressed in Renaissance-style costumes.  The male dom is wearing a plague doctor's mask.  I have a feeling I will now associate the character with you every time I see the drawing.

Heh. Those crazy bird masks always remind me of Spy vs. Spy from Mad Magazine. Anyone else think there's a resemblance? ^_^
