EXCUuuuuuuuuuuuse me?
I'm going to cook FOR the WIN.  We'll start with Salmon and artichoke cream cheese dip with pita crisps for an appetizer.  Then what the French call a "composed" salad of chopped Romaine, with olives and mini-tomatoes.  Shaved Pamesan cheese, of course. Light vinegarette with olive oil and herbs de Provance.

I'm thinking steak with garlic mashed potatoes.  A side of fresh carrots from the farmer's market - they had a yellow variety called "King's Gold."  So, mixed colors of carrot coins, sauteed in butter.  Add a dill, garlic, onion, etc. spice combo I have and finish with a splash of white wine.

Dessert?  Home-made strawberry ice-cream with a drizzle of dark vanilla "simple syrup."

// the WIN dashes to Lance's place and jumps up and down, squealing "When do we eat, Daddy? When do we eat? //
// AA follows, saying, "Maybe we could share the WIN ?  Y'know? While we're all eating dinner?"//

LOL not nice and not fair Mr. Lance!

See! Clearly you aren't meant to have the WIN.

Do you know how to make italicsbold? BOTH? Same idea.

For font-face, hi-light where you want the effect.  Then click-on drop-down menu just to right of where it says "font face."  (Just above the I symbol for italics. ) Click on the font face you want.  I like Tahoma for the WIN.  Then, if you want, while your chosen text is still hi-lighted, you can apply size, colors and such.  Since the WIN gets three colors, I have to make each letter my chosen text separately so that I color each, one at a time.

End of class. The WIN and I can be found at recess.  But I refuse to play dodge-ball win it.  Last time, it got me in the.... well, let's leave it at "I refuse." LOL!

Yep.  I often wonder, can I get this done before someone else steals the WIN and the message no longer makes sense (in a chronological sense, that is.)

For a REALLY good example, see the few post just above where Ailey figures it out before I get my "lesson" finished.

ETA:  And sometimes, I'm playing with the colors - like this time ......

LOL I know where the things are and how to use them but whe I click on them they get all wonky and take me back to the begining making the effect where I dont want it... what a mess!

Yes, I know and I've been meaning to "speak" to you about that.  And that particular color combo was the lettuce, olives and tomatoes of the salad that I was making.  So when I saw your color combo, I thought, "Yep, thievery is afoot this evening."

Let's see, can't waffle her butt with the canes I got last night.  I mean I could, but that'd be no more punishment than Dennis the Menace being put in the corner with his favorite bear and a coloring book.......

HMMmmmm, thinking, thinking, thinking..... Maybe MAKING her eat my horrible, horrible cooking..... DAMN!  That doesn't work either.

Yeah, yeah.  Typical "my pink pony" junk from your childhood.  Pink is "pretty for princesses."  Do a Halloween costume.  Maybe that will get it out of your system.
//snark mode = OFF //

As I said "I play with the colors."  Working on design concepts, so I can therefore "write-off" my CollarMe membership fees.  OOPS!  That doesn't "work" either....
