You obviously haven't been looking very hard.  What you're looking for is very easy to find.

Firstly, since you're obviously looking to fulfill a personal fetish, and you appear to have no interest in actual submission, I'd suggest that you contact a pro-Domme or one of those prostitutes who also does dominatrix scenes.  They'll gladly kick you in the nuts until your balls turn black and blue.

It may be a little more difficult to find a lifestyle Domme to participate in your fantasy (though not impossible).  The problem is that lifestyle Dommes tend to be more focused on what THEY want, and not on what you want.  Fulfilling the one-dimensional kinky fetishes of male wankers is not usually high on their list of priorities.  Dommes are selfish like that.
