False, that's why I bought a townhouse and not a single family residence---so someone else would deal with that gardening stuff, LOL. TPBM has a piece of exercise equipment in their home that they don't use.

Hmmm, that's probably true in general though there are some cakes I prefer to some pies (and prefer ANY cake to mincemeat pie). TPBM prefers coffee to tea.
