Yes and no. i wake up several times during the night and go back to sleep quickly when i go back to bed. TPBM has a Kindle.

From a health standpoint, yes, because I know exactly what is going into my food and tend to prepare more healthful meals. From a taste standpoint, no, I'd really rather eat out. TPBM likes Indian food.
