The first time I saw T or C on a weather map, I'm thinking: if "T or C" is two towns (one with an initial of T and the other with an initial of C) , why isn't is "T and C" ? I figured it out after awhile. I'm obviously not a NM native.

Used to be Hot Springs, NM. Renamed itself after the quiz show.
