I have some snakebite suction cups that I have started
using on my nips and would like to know witch is better to make my nips bigger,
several times a day for a few minuts at a time or leave them on for as
long as hours at a time

Dont cut off your circulation, , having no nips cos they went gangrenous is not a good idea, cos believe me damaged nipples hurt like a son of a bitch and then some.
While snake bite kits are huge fun and can probably be left on longer than clamps, they are still pulling extra blood into the tips and if circulation is poor, cell death can occur, so I would use them little and often.

so it would be better if I used them say 5-6 times a day for 15-20 minuts
instead of 3-4 hours once a day

whatever cranks your handle:) but yeah personally I would go for often and short duration.
its more fun, because after a while if you do not actively touch them, you can forget they are there, I like to cause a bit more pain and focus than that.
But thats just one opinion:)

hmmm interesting,I like that idea while I am not into a lot of pain as such
I do like having sore nips and I like having my nips worked over.
so if more offten for shorter times would keep my nips more sore........

Shorter duration (30 minutes max) will keep the risk of permanent damage to a minimum. I would also wait unti the area returns to normal before applying them again. The same guidelines you would use for clamps apply with the suction toys. As for increasing your nipple size permanently, I don't believe that is possible to any measurable degree (same with penis enlargement - sounds good but really doesn't work). Obviously, a few minutes with the right suction will greatly increase the size of your nipples temporarily because they will be filled with blood.

I'm not sure if suction will really work at stretching your nipples.  However, there is a way to do it.  First you get each nipple pierced and wait for it to heal.  Then you get one of these gadgets.  http://wiki.bmezine.com/index.php/Nipple_Stretcher

just a minor update
I have been useing the snakebite suction cups
for about 20 minuts at a time several times a day
also was at a friends place and had cloths pins on my nips for about 10 minuts.
I am finding that the more my nips are worked over
the more I like having my nips worked over

I have also found that if you use good clamps and weights for about 10 - 15 minute at a time that the nipples will also stretch out, but it does take a while to get the nipples to permanently increase in length.

perhaps I need to get some nip clamps
are any clamps better than others?
I did have some cheap clover type clamps a while ago
but they broke after just trying to use them once
so that is the question is ther someplace to get
better made clamps?
