Speculation has now, wrongly, become tied to investments  The commodities that are speculated on today, like oil, are viewed more as an asset class, like equities, and a store of wealth, like gold, rather than just a commodity used to make gasoline.

It was the Commodity Futures Modernization Act of 2000 that exempted the commodities markets from state gambling laws, making all of this bullshit gambling in commodities for investment purposes we see today possible.

Status: offline 		ok so they made a contract and they gave themselves the right to change that contract at will without regard to the stipulations within and they gave themselves the right to define and redefine it anyway they want.

so in conclusion we the people really means we the guvernment and fuck the people.

it takes 2 party's to have a contract, then the constitution is nothing more than a farce.

you cannot have it both ways ron and trying to have it both ways is cognitive dissonance.

A fucked up condition of the mind that sort of wipes out a persons credibility.

what regulation will work?

How many banking laws are they and everytime a law is passed they find 20 ways around it.  so you think a corrupt design can be regulated I will pretend for the moment you have a viable point and give you the opportunity to tell us what regulations will work.

He has a Hobson's choice. 10%+ inflation or increased unemployment/deepening recession. (Or abandon his untenable economic policies altogether.)

All of my expenses are up at least 10%.   I cant believe the people who think the same  $100 will pay the rent, lights, heat, gas, water, garbage,food, phone, internet, taxes, insurance, maintenance,  like anyone who runs a household can op out of those expenses!   Get real!
