For cardio workouts I tend to listen to rocky stuff - Alice Cooper, The Offspring, Green Day, AC/DC.

Rock on, Hotcake Bunny ![:D]

I always used to listen to "The end" thru headphones right before a match.

"Father?.....Yes son?.... I want to kill you..." was always a good thing to hear right before going on the mat.

Anything by Rammstein, Lords of Acid, Lady Gaga, VNV Nation, KMFDM, Skinny Puppy or Front Line Assembly.

i admit you have a certain online playlist that i have my sight on.[;)]

The easiest thing to do is to sign up for Pandora and create your own radio station.  As long as you don't mind commercials, it's free.

i've been using Pandora for a while now. Lol, its pretty user friendly, even for me.

Cmails await Your Royal Hawtness [:)]

I may be a decade or so behind the times musically, but I am definitely an ageing (disgracefully) rock chick [:D]

GreedyTop -> RE: Taking All Requests, (5/13/2011 9:31:20 AM)

oooh.. I love Clannad!~~

myotherself -> RE: Taking All Requests, (5/13/2011 9:32:51 AM)

definitely a bit 80s, but perfect for the long, strong, slow, graceful moves that make up tai chi [:)]

CRYPTICLXVI -> RE: Taking All Requests, (5/13/2011 10:07:55 AM)

Several good songs on the new KMFDM, try "Rebels In Kontrol", love Ministry but then again I'm getting old now...if you want old try something by JG Thirwell's project Foetus, perhaps "I'll Meet You In Poland Baby" or better yet "Anything (Viva!)". Might have to give this some thought...
