Ron Paul is a libertarian? Surprise!

What's wrong with discriminations? People do it every day. People discriminate against who the date (height, race, physical features, etc) who they associate with, who they work with, etc. Business owners can do this too, and the Civil Rights Act bans it.

Say a couple of hispanic night club owners want to ban all non-hispanics from their salsa-themed nightclub. Or maybe a black church priest says that "no whites are allowed" in his church. How about a Jewish restaurant owner not wanting to serve neo-nazi's? I can go on and on...

What is wrong with these scenarios? None of them are problematic.

People who say that he's racist because he supports the repeal of the Civil Rights Act: Look up "straw-man argument."

I could give fuck who does not want me in their store or church or whatever. as far as I am concerned that is their prerogative. In fact I am ALL for the preservation of both culture and their law. The highest form of government is your own home! All else is MOB policy.

I said many times out here that I put a state attorney on the hot seat when I pointed out that they government is in the territory then I challenged him to explain wtf the state is. He did a great dance LOL

There are many versions of the rough draft, but there is only one Constitution of the US. Unless you happen to be in possession of another one that was signed. In which case, I would love to see it.
