Yes. Let's hope it doesn't take another 10 years to get the monster in the dock.
I do wonder how long it's going to be before Syria's Assad, the King of Bahrain and Israel's Netanyahu (to name just a few) join him there. All have been pretty busy in the shooting of unarmed protesters department recently......
Don't hold your breathe! And don't expect justice unless, for some reason, it suits the big powers.
