i don't even really care if they have hair. i might be really keen on feeling their bald pate though. i'd hope they'd indulge me there, on occasion, iffin' they were baldies.  i'm a fondl-y sort.

More importantly, i like clean and i like soul.  If their hair is never clean and they have no soul, i'm getting off that rollercoaster.

For me, the color is irrelevant. The hair of the head, if present, must simply be clean and styled.
Otherwise, it's personal preference .. I prefer men without back hair and won't play with girls who have leg/underarm hair.

and to answer the OP, deal breaker, no, harder to negotiate with myself, could be.
I love a dark-haired man (or woman), but the right spirit can reach through a preference.
Length is more of an issue with me.

No.
Love me my slapheads and jarheads, but my dudes have ranged from blond through mouse and brunette to black.
They say a red-headed pale man is considered the least attractive male; I'd have to say albino hairless, but I still haven't had a ginger.

But poorly coloured hair would be a deal-breaker. I can't imagine a man with dyed black hair, or those terrible fuschia and blue colours popular in the early 90's, being attractive.

For me it depends on the color :)
I have no problems with natural hair colors.

But girls who got like purple hair or green hair I try to avoid.

Not really! My Owner is a natural redhead so I am partial to redheads myself :)
