Since CM doesn't have a female forum I'll ask my question here... What is up with women and the duck face? Who could possibly think it might be attractive to anyone? Duck-lips are the scariest in the perpetually-surprised over-cosmetic-procedured matching doll-face we often see down here in South Florida. I had to bring my daughter to a plastic surgeon (not for cosmetic reasons), and I had to warn her not to stare at the alien-looking women that would be working there. I had never been to that office, but I knew how it would be. And I was right- even with the warning, she had trouble not staring open mouthed at how weird some of the staff looked.

I always thought it was called "duck lips". And while a disproportionate number of women do this, it isn't the exclusive domain of women. In fact, one very active (on this board) male does it in his profile photo. :D

Over in these parts we call it Facebook face. It is stupid. Like the newer nasally whiny tones I notice the girls adopt these days make me wanna hurl and skeer me why we are so shallow and strange.
