It's this ever going to get old?

No wonder the Obama camp is ridiculing it.

They are still posting about Bill Clinton's sex life, do they ever get over anything?

They're jealous because he had women (albeit ugly ones) wanting to do him.

Good point.

Too bad they couldn't remember the poor results from Reagan's borrow and spend...stock market crash, savings and loan crisis, double digit unemployment...

Or Cheney's "Reagan proved deficits don't matter."

Incidentally, out of curiosity, I looked up Obama's popularity rating. It's down from it's Osama bump, but this week's figures aren't out yet. But the one recent president with lower ratings at this point? Ronald Reagan.

Obviously he became far more popular later. But it's just fascinating to watch these trends.

You are a racist for sarcastiscally implying that no white candidate was asked to publish his, and not being able to refute the fact the white candidate John McCain did in fact do so months BEFORE the black candidate Obama was asked to. The Republican Governor said it was authentic simply because that's what the Democratic Hawaii Department of Health Director told her. Since it didn't have the embossed seal of the Hawaii Department of Health it was just as fake as the one Obama released last month. Let me guess, you're not a racist, you just can't handle the truth.

Dear RacistJim, let me explain it to you in very simple words so that even you can understand it:

My exact words were:

quote:

his skin tone had nothing to do with the quest for the birth certificate - every white candidate was asked to publish his...

You even went as far as quote me but you didn't manage to read or comprehend? I guess it's too much to ask from somebody who's so terrified of an educated black guy (oops only half black, does that mean he's less scary to you now?) to understand that I said EVERY? Every means just that, I never said "No white candidate was asked".

I know your age and years or smoking crack have taken their toll on your brain, but if you try hard enough, you might just get it. But hey, your a birther freak, so I guess I don't have to hold my breath. How's that tea bagging going? Enjoying it?

Dear Racist LadyConstanze,

Why can't you refute the fact that not one, NOT ONE of the five, visably disparate, computer-generated, imgages of Obama's so-called "real" birth certificate has had the embossed seal of the STATE OF HAWAII - HAWAII DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH on it?

I know your age and years of drinking Kool-Aid have taken their toll on your ability to handle the truth.

No not every white candidate was asked to provide birth certificates just John  McCain.

Which I imagine might've had something to do with the fact that John McCain - unlike Obama - was actually born in a foreign country. Granted, it was a US military base so it counts as US soil, but I can understand if they might've wanted a peek at the birth certificate anyway.

And I do wonder how much of the birther stuff started as a way to draw attention away from that and project the issue of birthplace onto the other candidate. Not that it's even really an issue, since as I said McCain was born on a US military base so is actually a natural-born US citizen, but I'm sure somebody would've tried to make it an issue.

For what it's worth, my real actual legitimate birth certificate doesn't have the seal of the STATE OF INDIANA - DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH printed on it either. And I can assure you I wasn't born in Kenya.

It doesnt matter. At least one of McCain's parents was a citizen at the time of his birth and he spent the requisite amount of time on american soil after age 14 so by the law of the land, McCain is a US citizen by birth. He could have been born on mars and it would still be true. That's one of the reasons I think the "birthers" are so fucking stupid. They ignore US law and the constitution.

It's a bit un-American and uneducated of you not to know that when Obama/Soetoro was born Hawaii law allowed parents/grandparents of foreign born children to obtain a Hawaii birth certificate for them.

Another lie. Is someone keeping track of all the times these lies have been debunked?

Prove it's a lie.

Simple. I say there was never such a law, it would have violated numerous federal laws. You claim it exists so post the statute with identifying info so I can read the statute indpendently.

In other words

Obama can sure use the divisiveness

See folks,it was allll part of the grand plan to raise money.

The sly Obama deftly plays on the bigotry and ignorance of the right-wing,tricking them into thinking he`s a foreign-Muslim-creepy-scary-guy.Then,after years of stoking their fears and stringing the righties along,President Obama rains on their parade, pisses on their aspirations and makes money off of them.

Brilliantly diabolical and well played Sir!!

.Wonderful of the rightie-nuts to play along so well.[:D]

There were a few past presidents, and a few presidential hopefuls, who had their citizenship questioned. McCain and Obama are not the only ones.

Dutch Reagan, Leslie King, Jr are of dubious nationality on face value.

Yea I kinda figured they were strapped for cash when I started getting an email a day begging for money. I have to wonder what this means for my inbox when we actually get close to the election. [8|]

I do not think Obama is more strapped for cash than anyone else who is running for public office. I think you miss the perfection of this... The Obama team makes fun of the opposition, promotes his campaign, and makes money off of it all at the same time. It is genius, actually

I never said it wasn't a good idea. Personally I am putting the cup on my christmas with list[8D]

I never bought into the birther argument figured Obama just kept it going so people would pay attentio to that rather than the fact that he is turning us into France or maybe worse.

Worse than France?  [sm=whoa.gif]

Oh, you must mean Alabama.
