Yea, because the left is always stuck curing the problems caused by the insanity for 30 years from the new right. It is the insanity of taking the US down the road of short term corporatist greed and warmongering, debt driven profit-seeking and turning America if we couldn't just borrow it all...into little more than a 3rd world country with just a big navy.
By comparison, the today's right is anything but conservative and in fact are now themselves...the insane political elitists they bemoaned for those 30 years.
Oh and BTW, presidents are puppets and these blogs are only so much partisan window dressing about betrayal providing the function of keeping the divide and distraction alive. Think Reagan who didn't play ball at the start, think of Paul O'Neil who told the truth (treason) (W's former treasury sec.) didn't play ball and was fired mid-term.
Obama is doing what he must do...to stay alive.
