I'm sorry if advance for this being annoying. The chat's through the website aren't loading right for me and so I was trying to go through mirc itself but i can't manage to find the information to make that work. If anyone could be tolerant enough of my idiocy as to point me to the right information or something I'd be extremely grateful. Also, I'm really sorry if this is in the wrong area. There didn't seem to be a better fitted one. Thank you so much for any help.

The users hardass and loreleiH are the IRCops. Try contacting one of them thru their profiles. You could also try VideoAdminAlpha but she's usually swamped with work.

You can try updating your flash player to get on through the site. You will need to get on through the site first anyway to register your nick if you are coming in through mirc instead of the site. I prefer mirc because you can do more things command wise and mirc is a very user friendly program to use. After you update flashplayer and connect through the site, to register your nick while on the site entrance type /register <password> <email address> and replace <password> and <email address> with the password and email address you choose. You MUST use a valid email. Then you will receive an email asking you to verify your nick. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it in your regular mail. If you have trouble verifying your email please go back to #Ircops and speak with Hardass or lorelei or myself and tell us, to be manually verified. To sign on through mirc, you will need to add the server address chat.collarme.com with a port of 6667. In the password box put the password that you chose when registering. If not, you will get a message when signing on that says "Not authorized on this server" and get disconnected. You need to register anyway to ensure that someone else does not use your nick and register it and you would not be able to use it. Good luck, I know I drew out the instructions but hopefully they are clear and you will have no problems.

Thank you guys so much. I'll definitely try those things. I really appreciate the help. The chats are one of my serious time wasters and I'm addicted lol.
