What's wrong with being a newbie? You get to have all of those new experiences once more. Sub space or Dom space. Sub drop, Dom drop. The first feel of hot wax upon your body. The first flogging. The first paddle. The glorious feel of the first rope as it slides upon you.
In my opinion there is nothing wrong with being an eternal newbie.

Well ....... i already experienced all that 'first time stuff'.... a ways back ! And as i tend to say at times, "i'll try anything once, ... err ... twice if i LIKE it !" Ok... barring the hair brushes and braided belts...... i can agree on this point just this once ! [sm=tongue.gif] (although i recall wishing i'd known to apply lotion or the likes prior to that first ever wax session ........ owwwww .. that stuff hurts like hell coming off !!! )... LOL

I am going through old threads and have already found one in the test area where someone just spammed posts till they got out of the vanilla phase.

If I find people who randomly spammed in order to get to the next level, they will be returned to 'vanilla' or 'newbie' for a designated period of time.

Spamming is disruptive and annoying. The same thing goes for bumping up old threads for no reason but to make a silly one line comment or emote.

You are already past the newbie point, cyn. (love your nick, by the way!) And, you did it pretty fast since you only posted this on Oct 11th. I love reading your stuff on the boards. First vanilla, then curious, then newbie and then kinky? Do I have it right? I am now indecent so please, please, please, don't tell Me I have another round of newbie to get thru! LOL
And I just read the Mod post regarding spam. Actually, I think that is a good idea. Now could I get a special nick??? (well, ya never know if ya don't ask! LOL)

For some time after registering at collarme i followed the threads and never posted at all. i had no experience and felt i didn't have much to contribute in posting, at first. Once i got started ... no stopping me now. Having a great time. ;)

Vanilla, curious and then kinky followed by indecent ... correct. [:D] Hopefully the newbie status is behind me. ick... [:'(]

i agree with the Mod's stance on spamming. i took the time to post responsibley for each reply and always do my best not to pollute the boards with spam. Special nicks? Ya already a goddess all dusty and golden-like.. What's more special than that? [sm=tongue.gif] lol ..

Interesting, in all politeness i post a reply to GoddessDustyGold who has addressed me on the thread and share my thoughts on her comments, and am bumped back to Newbie?

I read the thread guidlines prior to even starting the thread.

Ok, guidelines specify that as registered users we should use this section to 'Feel free to joke around and have fun'. So, some of us did. *shrugs*

i wasn't going to reply after seeing my renewed status of 'newbie' and then i decided i would if only to serve a warning to others who may wish to continue in feeling free to joke around and have fun here regarding the title of newbie.

The guidelines MAY seem a bit misleading. Seems there IS a limit to random acts of fun to follow on this particular section/thread with repercussive actions which may follow. Tread carefully. ;) So i will serve as the example. [sm=lol.gif] So be it.

Effectively what you did was spam the board with this thread. You made post after silly post to get yourself outta newbieville. There is a difference between that and "having fun" if you do not understand the difference maybe newbie fits.

I agree being honest with yourself and others about (newbie status).Its like the first days at a new job,but if you know what you want to get out of it you cant go wrong. But wrong sounds intresting too.
