You bet you bippy it is my friend ... the house is 8, 000 sq feet according to AZ Central and a call to a realtor in Tempe a friend recommended who's up to her neck in foreclosures. During the call she also confirmed that it was a property taken back by the bank. And she also indicated that in the market of 5 years ago, she would have paid between 2.5 and 3.5 mil.

Now, I did some checking and found this rundown of Charlie Sheen's current digs CHECK THIS OUT:
Sheen lived there with ex-wife Brooke Mueller for a time and paid her $1 million to own the house outright as part of their divorce agreement, TMZ notes.
The 7,900-square-foot house has five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a "professional outdoor kitchen" (and presumably an indoor one as well), pool, spa and screening room. Goddesses not included.
Bottom line. Sarah is having a great time profiting from America's adverse circumstances just like any other good GOP soldier.... WINNING!!!!!
Some of ya will go "oh sure... no way she did that" So here's what I suggest you do figure out a reasonable premise including some names you can drop (cause I'll tell you... I could totally hear her googling away as i spoke and then she's spit out some factoid like "Oh yes he's with... I've heard of him"... So have your premise ready to go. Remember, these are people who really can't get into the same country club and live in a ranch... but they are absorbed in the glitz. So if you hit em with the cultural stun gun right out of the gate, they're yours.
