When I moved to San Francisco a number of years ago, I learned a new trick. I would come home, drop my keys in random places & then cover them with something. Apparently this amused me when it was time to leave in the morning & I was searching the house for my keys. I finally got tired of this game & found one place to put my keys every day & never had to hunt for them again.
So perhaps, littlewonder, this is what's happening to you with the morning coffee. Might I be so bold as to suggest leaving a few minutes earlier & sitting relaxing with your coffee before work? You might find your work day goes a lot nicer that way also.
As for my Ooooops moments, I got em!!! Lots of them. But they will have to wait till I get back home & can ingest some caffeine to start my brain.
