Status: offline 		It's hard to say how bad this is because the article mentions only $1 billion and some amounts in millions, so it doesn't seem like a lot of money but it's interesting somebody can get money if they want it.

Washington (CNN) -- The defense bill that just passed the House of Representatives includes a back-door fund that lets individual members of Congress funnel millions of dollars into projects of their choosing.
