I just wanted to thank all of those in service to this country (US), and the families that support them. Growing up in a military family I got to see first hand the sacrifice made by my Mother, and the rest of the family.

No matter their mission, they serve and sacrifice.

Thank you!

P.S. My Father served 25 years, and through two wars/conflicts. The anniversary of him passing is coming up soon. I ask that replies please be respectful, and if you have something political or non-respectful comments please post them on another topic. Thanks in advance!

Although I am against wars of all kinds in principle, I have always had the utmost respect for those who have served in the military & have been willing to make the ultimate sacrifice to make this the country that I am proud to live in. And for the families who support them. Because in reality, wars & conflicts happen. I hated it when the American people showed such disdain for the Viet Nam veterans. Enjoy your day!!!

I just wish I was back in DC today, watching Rolling Thunder. That is powerful!!!

I don't think I have ever come across any thread here on CM that has been as easy to endorse.No qualifier,no exceptions necessary.....just a simple thanks to all those who serve....and all those who stand behind them.
