An enforceable contract requires an offer, acceptance and consideration. Consideration means, for example. X will pay you 5K a year to be shirtless at all times. In the absence of consideration, it isn't a contract, it is prefactory. So, what is the consideration for you being shirtless at all times? Having said that, I have a hard time imagining a court enforcing such an agreement. Could be interesting, though. Yay, my vanilla ice cream cone went away!
