I'm not a fan of Palin but this looks like part of a witch hunt. I reckon its related to an abuse of the system where loads of ethics complaints were lodged against her costing several million to the state, most I think have been resolved in her favor but were a reason she left her office early and didn't seek gubby re-election.

I think its a method used to authenticate whats there, too. Personal is where all the fundie bodies are buried.
