Most of us would like to believe we would bite hard, but I will explain why she "complied so easily."
1) The police tell us that we are more likely to end up dead if we fight.
2) When someone pulls out a knife or some other weapon and goes for rape, it is a deer in the headlights moment. Disbelief, adrenaline overload from possible impending death or worse, thinking about the best way to survive and if escape is at all possible.
3) Fear of permanent disfigurement.
4) Thinking, "Dear God, will I survive to make it home tonight and be able to hug my children again?"
6) Maybe this happened before in the distant past, and somehow bought into it that she somehow brought this on herself, because that is how everyone treated her last time.
Let me tell you something my first boyfriend told me. "It doesn't matter if a man holds a gun to a woman's head, or a knife to her throat, the moment she trades her pussy for her life she is nothing but a whore."
7) Something similar happened to a friend of hers, and she fought back and was stabbed, permanently disfigured, had to have surgery, died, and/or had family or a hubby call her a slut and heaped blame upon the victim/survivor.
8) Read newspaper reports or saw news on tv about something in your town so horrible...that if I mentioned it here my post would be ripped away and mods would put me on [pending approval]. If you want to know, just send me mail on the other side. It involves a knife, and rape.
9) If you think for one moment biting someone's dick off will definitely incapacitate him, think again. This is not Hollywood, but real life we are talking about. If a woman tanked up on adrenaline can lift a dumpster that weighs a ton to save a small child, how can you know what some psychopath high on adrenaline or gawd only knows what all, or on drugs that take away all pain...will do if injured.
My father was a complete ass, but at least he taught me something about guns and hunting. Do not pull out a gun for intimidation, but only if you intend to use it, and if you do then shoot to kill. He went on to tell me the terrible damage a wounded beast could do if merely injured, even if it were in it's death throes.

Yeah, penis biting is a magic bullet to stop rape! Damn, why were we too stupid to figure this out years ago so we could abolish all rape crisis hotlines and rape counseling? If a woman is raped it is really just her own fault cuz she didn't bite it off! (End sarcasm font)
