I love the movies, but I have a particular fondness for "Crazy Heart." Who had a better year last year than Jeff Bridges? An Oscar, in a lot of really good movies, and they made him look 30 years younger in Tron! I loved the redemption story in Crazy Heart, I loved the music, I loved the actors, I didn't love Maggie Gyllenhaal, but nothing is perfect. In terms of broken down, washed up baby boomer movies, I thought Crazy Heart was far better than The Wrestler.

~FR~ There's so many movies that I love and consider "favorites" but I'm just going to mention some that I will watch anytime, day or night, whenever they are showing: Pulp Fiction The Big Lebowski Dancing Outlaw & The Wild Wonderful Whites of West Virginia The Outlaw Josey Wales The Shining Play Misty For Me Halloween Anything by Rob Zombie except his remake of Halloween 2 Hustle and Flow Crazy Heart Death Proof Machete The Long Riders Wonderland Creepshow Black Snake Moan Wrong Turn American History X Texas Chainsaw Massacre (original and remake) Pretty Baby Urban Cowboy Primal Fear Wolf Creek A Time to Kill Matewan The Bad Seed Homicidal Strait-Jacket Foxes Vanishing Point and tons more that I cannot think of at the moment.........
