One badly written and confusing article. There was a GOP meeting, and some unknown person recorded it. It sounds like the GOP does in fact have a possible case, since the attendees should have a reasonable expectation of privacy. That said, they evidently got caught lying about what happened at the meeting, and the idea of a spoiler opponent planted to drain resources from the Dem is unethical. And the idea of suing a whistleblower doesn't inspire confidence. In addition to the lousy reporting - why put two pictures of people up, and not state who they are of?
