I use it as enema fluid, dunno if it's safe to use on a daily basis, thanks

Daily enemas as I understand it, can be disruptive to your intestinal flora.

Vegetable glycerin is edible.

For anal play you might find a quick rinse with a bulb syringe (containing plain water) to be more than adequate and less disruptive... along with a diet containing adequate bulk fiber.

Thanks, that helps a lot :)

The two times in my life I've used (or someone else used, actually) glycerine as a vaginal lubricant, I've gotten an immediate yeast infection. Then the light bulb went on: glycerine = sugar, sort of.

I avoid using glycerin as a lube due to those potential yeast/fungal issues - I recently heard Xanthan Gum recommended as an inexpensive lubricant, but I don't know if there are similar issues associated with that.

enema glycerin compounds are non-toxic, for medical use... meaning not daily use. For occasional, or even relatively often use however, they are perfectly safe, but not as insertion lube.
You can find several enema capsules, meant for infants, for cases of colitis, in your local pharmacy.

Glycerin used as a vaginal lubricant can actually cause a yeast infection (thrush) as it, once in the body actually turns to a sugary substance from the body fluids you make naturally.
Quite a few lubricants sold over the counter contain glycerin and you can check by reading the label.
If you can try a water based lubricant if your using condoms as some silicon based lubricants can actually cause a condom to breakdown and eventually break.

Glycerine isn't toxic but can be a growth medium for bacteria.

Glycerine suppositories are used for severe constipation.  I would suppose a glycerine enema would be even more effective.  But, be aware what it does in the colon.  Glycerine causes and electrolyte imbalance that pulls copious amounts of water from surrounding tissue....  it dehydrates you and gives you the runs.

Glycerine is used in food preparation and in industry as an emollient.  You find it in lotions frosting and my favorite... rolled fondant http://www.wilton.com/recipe/Rolled-Fondant-1

Glycerine is also known as Glycerol and "Sugar Oil".

The only hazard I could see in using it in an enema is the diarrhea it can cause and the fact that it can be a medium for bacterial growth.

Glycerine by itself? I have glycerine right in front of me, it says "Skin Protectant" and is more sticky than lubricating. Dries out pretty fast too.
