I do not worry about cholesterol. I have good numbers the last time they were checked. Eggs would be the last thing I would cut. I would cut out carbs first.

I do not eat "factory farm" eggs... and don't eat a lot as it is, though a very strange poll.

Strange poll, and thread, indeed... considering eggs can be the solution to starving populations. They are cheap, they hold a good number of proteins, and several vitamins, as long as they are fresh enough. 2, or 3 eggs per day, can save a staring human, they cost significantly less than one portion of plain pasta, and they are more nutritious

sometimes. No real reason except I only like the taste of them sometimes. They're just not something I love to eat.

I am glad I am not the only one who only eats eggs sometimes because I don't really like eggs. I have to crave them to eat them. Usually I leave them on my plate after a bite or two.

Eggs (organic farming) are a staple at our house. Most days everybody eats one.

I need protein in the morning and leftover chicken doesn't cut it. One egg scrambled on a piece of whole wheat toast is my staple breakfast.

We go through 18 or so a day at our house. Local backyard chickens. Cheap. Good protein source.

Yes, but usually we go through less than a dozen a month. They are an ingredient, not a main attraction.

We eat egg salad sandwiches a lot. Hard boiled eggs is one of the things I can make reliably. [:)]
