collarme.com is great, but im wondering if there is any other sites out there. iv found those pay for membership, gotta pay to contact people ones. but they seem to have 95% of non payers, so they cant contact/be contacted. i dont wanna pay to find out its a waste of money. im also in winnipeg, manitoba, canada if that helps. thanks.
