Status: offline 		Hey, i saw that profile who had that silly blog.   To me, someone needs a life to partake in such stupidity.  That is also someone who has no life and is probably fake himself lol as if he was real -- he would have time to maintain such a blog how?

Good grief, the things people come up with to be negative about others.  BTW, Wouldn't posting such a link be against the TOS?

I live in the West Midlands, and havent heard of said list. But some of us do talk to each other and obviously the names of morons come up.

I have just looked and see you have now removed all your previous journal entries where you named people you deemed fake.

Do ignore this. The people who are involved with such foolishness are not worth anybody's time.

i am not sure of what you speak, or if you said that to me??

I have not removed any fake names from my journal, just rants about how many I found and deleted

I seem to think many on here do not see fakes, maybe because they are female and maybe males dont fake so many male profiles

as a male dom, looking for a fem sub, my search throws up 1000's of fake profiles, mostly with yahoo links, many with porn star photos or other blantantly obvious falsehoods

so if you are real, hello

In general, when this sort of thing happens, don't feel bad. It doesn't have to affect you at all. As others have said, this could have just been some extremely petty and vengeful soul who got ticked off by something in your profile. There may not be a list.

Still, it never hurts to take some measures. Close your old accounts and change your screen names. Use different names in different places, not the same name for every account. Change your business name. Businesses remarket themselves under new names all the time. For personal profiles, when you change the screen name, also change the photo to a shot that doesn't look like your first one. Use different photos on different profiles. All of these things give you some measure of privacy/protection against slanderers.

Also, google the screen name you gave to the woman in the chat. Perhaps also google the word "dom" with it. Or the word "list." Persistently search the results. If you are on such a list you should be able to find it that way.

It's a very small thing, however. I doubt it will hurt you. Most people don't know about or pay attention to (even if they know about) such lists, because they are stupid and gossipy and vengeful and reading one is like wading through a cesspool.

Status: offline 		Don't you think its a little hypocritical to be ranting and raving in your journal about those YOU deem fake, and yet be upset when others deem YOU fake?  To me, if i see a guy calling himself a Dom ranting about fakes and whining about same, instead of just chalking encountering same on a site like this as the crap you have to wade through because the site IS FREE, i mean seriously.. does whining about it actually help?   To me, it only makes men who do so look like uncontrolled children, instead of men who are capable of being in control of themselves and not throwing tantrums when things don't go their way.

You do realize such rants do come across as tantrums?

as for my comment about fakes, AGAIN, i get many a day saying "i love your profile and want to relocate"

clearly they did not read (let alone love) my profile or they would not have replied, as my profile clearly says do not reply to this profile

i do not list them, i do not remember them, i just try to reduce the number i have to reply too
