....when I have actually hired someone for the position I have to fill over the summer.  I hate interviewing.

Me "What would you consider to be one of your strengths?"

Interviewee  "I can pick up heavy boxes over my head".

I have another interview scheduled for tomorrow, and three for Thursday.  I swear I am gonna be a drunkard before this is over with!
