[...] In the first video, Sherrod describes how she racially discriminates against a white farmer.”

That is a lie told by Andrew Brietbart.

Sherrod did not discriminate against the farmer, as Breitbart later acknowledged, and the story she told was about an incident that occurred 20 years before she held a federal post.

Status: offline 		Well, admittedly the tactic, "When attacked, turn and counterattack" was lifted from the RNC playbook... Did you see how when the Right Wing Supreme Court was threatened by the revelations that Clarence Thomas and his wife 'forgot' to report $650,000.00 in income from people with business before the court, they turned around and started attacking the guy who was broadcasting that dishonor of the nation's highest court.

This is parenthetically related. I figured to start a new Brietbart thread rather than it going on and on in the Weiner thread.

Status: offline 		Breitbart has been proven to show edited and chopped up videos as though they were filmed live.  However, in the Weiner case, it looks like he's doing straight reporting.  I wouldn't trust him normally, but in this case, seems like he was right.

This is all about revenge for calling attention to the fact that Clarence Thomas is corrupt and should be sitting in jail awaiting trial right now for lying about $700,000 in family income from people with business in front of his court.

Clarence Thomas is the guy we need to be pressuring to resign, not Wiener. Until Thomas resigns, the USSC will be seen as "It costs $500,000 to get the verdict you want", and can our Democracy survive that?

Yes, but it's not *Congressmen* wearing the underware in the sunday papers and in a state of sexual arousal!
Weiner couldn't even tell the truth during his "appology." Even Jimmy Phalen was making jokes about his "staff" last night.
Oh yeah, we need a congressman who sends pictures of himself while sexually aroused to 26 year old women who he's never met.
Harry Reid washed his hands of him.
Can you imagine a bunch of school kids taking a tour through congress; "is that "Congressman Underware's" office?"
This isn't going to just "blow over." This guy has an ego the size of a house.
Weiner needs to go.

Because Republicans are trying to say what Weiner did is something most guys dont do on a weekly basis in this country. Ask the Ladies over on the 'Ask a Mistress' forum how often they get images of the male crotch in their C-mail boxes from said males on a daily basis. The guy looks fit, more power to him. Longer they try to keep this 'in the spotlight' the less time they have to stand in it looking clueless on anything important to Americans.

What are we on now? Eight months and eight days, since Republicans promised to give us a Jobs Bill to get Americans back to work? Or bring REAL solutions to the nation's budget problems (not those half-ass ideas they have right now)? Get our troops home from over seas? Repair and reinvest in America? If the Republican Party had real ideas, they would be advertising them day and night, right?
