I don't like lowfat, nonfat anything. They put crap in there to make it taste better that I think is much unhealthier than eating the fat. For dressing, if you want to use a lot of it, use the regular, but dilute it with some water. Regular cheese has less fat in 1/4 c than 1T of butter. I use the regular fat products & just eat less. Like on this huge salad, I used about 1T of dressing. Tossed it well & I can still taste the veggie flavors but the dressing is an enhancement, not an overpowering flavor.
