They brought in an expert who has never been to the club and submitted a dvd not of the club dancers. What other outcome did they expect with this poor of a case? Unless they know damned well there is nothing artistic about their club dancers, in which case it was a good try.

Generally services are not taxed only goods.  So unless your boxing her up and taking her home............
