Ya i think there is a certain level of "hot" to this for certain. Anytime you ask that question though, you will always find a couple people in the crowd say yes.

I read it as wishing the male and female roles were reversed, as that's a fairly common sentiment I've heard expressed by submissive hetboys.  A clue to his wishing the bottom was male, but not necessarily an automatic assumption about the preferred gender of the top.

My primary partner is pansexual, so I'm also accustomed to having him not care so much about the gender of the top as long as we get to look at cute boys in bondage.  LOL

his "only downside is that it's a woman" thing read to me like he would rather see a guy there so he could identify with it. but i also assumed he'd want a chick doing it. it is heterosexual porn he's referencing; i'm sure there are gay examples of this.
not that it matters; i find it too gross to sexualize or think about beyond this post.

I don't think there is anything wrong with it, as long as there is no risk of infection.  And I believe you can find someone to do this to you without having to pay for it.
