Hell, I've got over 10,000 posts since about June of last year when i joined under a new user name. But until I moved 2 wks ago, I live in the country, literally had no life, was agoraphobic and this was my social outlet. The friends I have are ones I made here online. My r.l friends broke promises to meet, and unless I absolutely had to go out, I didn't. Life isn't always what you want it to be, so you make the best of your situation. I play a lot of the games, I'm a one-woman introduction wave and I peruse about 6 forums. I didn't ask for my life to turn into this, but it has. I can't work due to illness, money is tight, to put it mildly, and this turns into my outside world. Is it healthy? Probably not. Do I care? No, it keeps me busy. I also manage to read 10-15 books a week, do some arts and crafts and myriad other indoor activities. I'm lucky enough to have made a friend before I moved here and she's going to get me out of the house.
