The girl denied anything happened. The police checked her cell phone and computer. At the time of the incident, he wasnt following her account, so no pictures could have been sent from him to her.

Her parents knew of the interactions, and were privy to her twitter account and they have also stated nothing inappropriate happened

You can say child

She was 17, legally able to consent to sex according to her state laws.

I pm with my son, on the same account I have, in the past, cybered up a storm. Are you insinuating that I did something "reprehensible"? If there was foreknowledge that this was occurring, by the girl or the public, then I would agree. He is entitled to some amount of privacy. What happened between two consenting adults I would consider private. My problem with this all along was the number of children who may have been following and who may have received that picture. None were sent those photos. As far as I am concerned, its a closed matter.

I have sent naughty photos on the same phone I call everyone else in my life.. how is that not comparable?

It isn't like he went and made a secret account and did these things, he sent it on his public account. Now, I might think you had a point if he ONLY cybered on an account, and used that account to message a UM and it had NO other contacts but women he sent photos to, but that is NOT the case.
