FetLife is a good place to look, they have zillions of groups there. I'm certain they have a cuckolding group as well for you. Also, I have found some sites (personals and resources) online when I've known some people who were also interested in it. I can't think of the names of any of the sites offhand but, Google is your friend.

What does the fact that you look masculine have to do with anything? The desire to be a cuck is mental, and it has nothing to do with your physical appearance.

As far as whether it's "bad", only you know that. If they're just innocent fantasies that you have every now and then, then it's probably okay. If it's an obsession that you can't stop thinking about, even when you're at work or trying to concentrate on other things, then it might be a problem.

Only you know what turns you on about the thought of being a cuck. But there are lots of people who share the interest. Some view it as a form of humiliation. Others view it as a form of extreme submission (they don't like the idea of their wife/girlfriend/Domme being with other men, but they accept it because they know that it makes her happy). Others simply like the idea of watching their wife have sex with another man. It's like voyeurism. They get to watch porn up close, and their wife is the star.

Lastly, you asked how do you get started. That's pretty easy. Ask you wife, "Would you ever considered having sex with someone other than me?" If she seems reluctant to answer, reassure her that you won't be upset by her answer. Then if she says "yes", ask her if she would like to make that fantasy come true.

Have an honest dialogue with her about it. Share your feelings with her. That's the only way to find out if it's a fantasy that she might share.
