Um, don't they understand the Republicans never intend to actually fully deliver on these issues? If they did, what would they use for a carrot on the end of the stick the next time? Duh!

Add protecting the borders to your list. Bush is going to throw out a few measly scraps of meat tonight for all of his neocon supporters. Listen to the radio tomorrow as they embellish this speech as the beginning of a new dawn.
