I don't get it? If vanity is a reason so you like them? Nothing wrong with being a bit vain, we all want to look our best, beats walking around looking (and smelling) like a slob anytime.

Though if you don't enjoy the piercings, then yes, why keep them? Really no point, but if you still like the look of them... And you know, genital and nipple piercings, if they are a hindrance in a professional situation, I'd wonder about your job
