Okay well, we also had a really ugly bright green Gremlin with a big black stripe on the side. And a series of Ford Econoline vans.

LOL, my grandma had a green LTD, I think it was a 74. She had that thing until she went into a nursing home in 1996. I loved driving that boat around!

When I was in college, my dad bought me an orange Chrysler 600....talk about a party car, lol. The damn gas gauge didn't work, so I had to keep track of how many miles I had driven, and many times I seriously underestimated, lol. I don't know how many times I had to get the jug out of the trunk, walk to a gas station (or get a ride), put some in the tank and then climb up and crawl across the engine to the carburetor to prime it so I could get back on the road again.

And he used to have one of these (AC Cobra MKIII)(he said it was serial #3, but I never saw the doorplate so I can't verify that; dunno what he did with it, never asked)

It is a Suzuki Cappuccino, very rare indeed, there were only 20.000 made of them from 1990 til 1993 and only 40 of them were imported here.

When I needed a somewhat bigger car I got a TT :)

Nowadays I drive an old one, but it does bring me from A to B and with a little imagination I think I am driving a Maybach [:D]

When they make the 8 cylinder Luxury Mercury Mountaineer hybrid, that would again be my favorite car, while living anywhere snow falls, for any period of time.
That is the only car, I ever felt safe in, in the snow. M
