stop having children.

I do see Al Gore as a huge hypocrite but I am not going to discredit the idea just because I don't like the messenger.

I suppose some people, like reality tv show types, celebrate having really large families... and no one wants to pass a law against it, but to advocate that we stop birthing consumers, it just seems like "No shit Sherlock!"... we are doing it already without any sort of "lecture" from Al Gore because it is good sense to have less kids to strain the familial economics

He never quit his job, to be fair.... and he didn't get a reality TV show, either. Instead he went and started his own media company.

I would say that there is a big difference between him and Palin. But I can understand if you were not aware of his long career in public service, it might escape you.
